Sarah Kerrigan embarrasses herself again

| Well folks I have to admit foolishness again. When KRQE reporter Katy Zachry contacted me yesterday seeking an interview my first instinct was to say no. Instead I idiotically agreed. I knew that the New Mexico press was and is the reason corruption in government is able to thrive unabated. While I am taking my lumps I did get something out of it. It is amusing to see Sarah Kerrigan portray herself as a victim here. She is even telling how she “had” to contact the FBI because I had published her business address on this site. Talking head Katy Zachry used this as an excuse to conceal the identity of this site when the fact is Kerrigan was the one who published her business address. Kerrigan is in the business of toxicology for hire. That is her business. A part of her business is drsarahkerrigan.com which is obviously not a personal home page. The registration information for this site is publicly available @ http://whois.melbourneit.com/ , her Australian domain registrar.
{UPDATE - Ms. Kerrigan apparently decided to change her address at this registrar a few days after this was published. Inspired by some senseless remarks coming from that direction the screenshot of the registration taken before the recent changes is available. That is viewable here.}
I am certain they have not been the subject of FBI reports. In the alternative a check of the Harris County business registration records @ http://www.cclerk.hctx.net/coolice/default.asp?Category=AssumeNames&Service=an_inquiry would again lead one to believe this is her business address.
Undoubtedly Kerrigan is mad I unmasked her for the fraud that she is. I would be if my income were derived from lies and misrepresentations and someone set me naked in the street humiliated and discredited. The problem here is the kind of misrepresentations and the consequences of these fabrications. In Kerrigan’s case she used her position in the Patricia Hernandez case in an attempt to send someone to prison on the basis of statements she knew were without merit. In the course of this case she doctored test results by applying criteria to the results she knew were without any basis. How many people are rotting in jail because this liar doctored test results or lied? That is what really matters here. So hungry for recognition and position is Kerrigan she apparently will stop at nothing to get what she wants even if it means sending people to prison with her fraud. Now who is the real criminal here?
Kerrigan has a habit of making senseless allegations and complaints about me. It is Kerrigan, however, who has been unmasked as dishonest not me. The fact that District Attorney Clint Wellborn has been unable to find even one other toxicologist to support Kerrigan’s outlandish fabrications seems to settle the matter conclusively. Instead of shutting her mouth and hoping prosecutors will just forget her misdeeds she called Wellborn a liar asserting that he misrepresented her reason for refusing to testify. Her recent statements to the press show her to be quite unprofessional, immature and dishonest. If, as Kerrigan has claimed, I did something to warrant a complaint to the FBI why have they not even contacted me in the nearly 5 months since her complaint? Here is a quick answer. I have done nothing wrong, but the only way for her to cover her tracks is to have me jailed. Since lying is as integral a part of her as her arms and legs I must assume she is willing to lie to achieve this as well. From statements coming from the DA it appears she attempted to assert some pressure on him to violate my rights as well El Defensor Chieftain.
The problem is with all her degrees and awards Sarah Kerrigan is just not that smart. Her success seems to be largely due to excessive case loads in the labs where she has plied her trade and an affinity for the giving of meaningless awards by the various associations to which she belongs. If she were smart she would have backed off of her stories when she first noticed my reports. Instead she encouraged Mountain Mail Country Online to become a virtual compendium of her conflicting statements and a manual for defense attorneys confronted by supposed toxicological experts. Now Kerrigan is challenging me to become the headquarters for the lobbying effort to have her prosecuted and deported. I have a moral obligation to get to the bottom of her operation during her tenure in New Mexico. If she persists in her recalcitrant conduct of painting me as the criminal here I will camp on the Attorney General’s doorstep until she takes a look into Kerrigan’s escapades. For now I will begin to contact the attorneys for defendants convicted on the basis of one of Kerrigan’s “opinions”. Job 1 is working to free anyone wrongly jailed through one or more of Sarah Kerrigan’s fantasy findings. Job 2 is finding lawyers for her victims, starting with this one, to go after Kerrigan civilly. Job 3 is seeing that she answer to the courts for her misconduct.
